• As they are individually made by hand, there may be some variations in shape and size. No two pieces are exactly the same.

• If you will be using this piece for food service, wash thoroughly with soap and hot water before usage.

• Wash by hand only, do not clean this bowl in the dishwasher.

We offer free regular shipping worldwide for orders above US$50, or charge a flat-rate US$5 for orders under US$50. Orders above US$250 enjoy a complimentary upgrade to express shipping.

• Singapore and UK orders are delivered in 2-3 working days.

• International orders are delivered in 10-20 working days.

We are happy to exchange items within 30 days from receipt of delivery. However, you will be liable for any additional delivery charges incurred in the delivery back to us.
