IKAT Scarf in Indigo Blue
A contemporary IKAT Scarf with Indian and Cambodian influences. Handwoven in the remote Prev Veng village in Cambodia, and dyed by artisans in Siem Reap.
This scarf is prepared by carefully binding silk onto a wooden loom into intricate patterns, before a light dying process in indigo blue to produce patterns reminiscent of clouds.
Materials: 70% silk and 30% cotton. AZO-free dye.
Dimensions: 70cm x 90cm.
Gently wash by hand with cold water, and let the scarf lay flat or hang to dry.
